What's a good way to clear your mind during sex?

I mean remove everything else on your mind that has a negative effect on ones performance, such as your daily struggles and focus completely on what's going on around you?What's a good way to clear your mind during sex?
this is what I do when im ';playing';, you close your eyes, and picture you two doin it, in somewhere random, I mostly picture it somewhere at a school x3 but it can be ANYWHERE it helps you achieve orgasim, plus clearing your mind, but the negitive effect is, you dont know whats going on right there, so if someone pays a visit, you wont know hes there until your done ';daydreaming'; edit: oh a btw, dont go straight to sex when you daydream, it must be kinky, have someone say a few words or two first, it usually helps meWhat's a good way to clear your mind during sex?
This sounds like more a meditative question rather than a sexual question. Pick up some books on focus, then train yourself to focus on the task at hand and not let your brain wander. Learn to experience the moment and acknowledge that your problems can wait for a bit, while you vent some stress and heal your psyche.





It's tough to do :) but I know its possible.
You are half way there asking this. I think many struggle with this and don't want to admit it. Its so easy to think and we are so used to it, that we do it everywhere even when thinking isn't necessary.





As someone said focus on the feeling. Feel her skin and focus on how soft she is. Look in her eyes and admire her.
