I seriously suck at listening %26amp; understanding when it comes to math / lectures / sometimes world history. I would read a few paragraphs and not know what I just read.. I have to re-read the statement or question a several times before I fully understand the meaning of it. does anyone else have this problem? it's really frustrating, I've had it all my life.
any solutions? I need to find a way to be able to have clear and swift thought process.. I am, after all, going to University soon.To be tranquil and clear of mind?
