Usually, I'm always happy and smiling....
...but lately I have been more upset, crying, angry and unable to get negative thoughts out of my head.
Btw this all happened after my best friend left town.
So what do I do to feel like my normal self without her????
Because I don't want to be dependent on her, I just want to be myself again.How Do I clear my mind from all and any negativity?
write in a journal every evening record your day how you feel and why - get it out on paper.
then get some fresh air walk at least 1/2 hr daily non stop - after eating dinner would be good unless you are a morning person.

whenever i experience negativity, i would just turn on some music that i like and forget about the problems. just say you don't care about the friend business anymore and you just want to listen to music.
