I try to clear my mind but I'm always thinking of something, I can't ever get my mind to be blank.
I can't evan Imagine how it felt to pull on a rope, to Imagine the feeling without seeing myself pulling on it,
There's always some kind of thought or image in my head, can any help ?I need help figure how to clear my mind?
Focus on your breathing. Feel the air going into your lungs, pause a moment then slowly let it out. If a thought intrudes, don't push it out, just acknowledge its presence and let it pass. Study meditation.
