I kind of want to delete every thought in my mind basically and start all over. But just take out the sadness and be happy. But I know it's impossible. So I will be sadIm really sad and stuff i want to clear my mind?
The thoughts in our minds make us powerful. If you could delete them you could lose an advantage over life itself. Yes you would have a much clearer head but at what cost? And taking the sadness away will not make you happy. We are not a perfect people so you should try to understand for every action - there is a reaction. Your mind and body would automatically make up for the balance (loss of sadness) and possibly leave you in a worse state. What people also fail to realize is that WE are in control of our minds. You do not have to be sad simply because you have sad thoughts. You know what to do to be happy and have fun so why don't you do that? Focus on other things (besides yourself) and maybe you will have a different outlook on life.Im really sad and stuff i want to clear my mind?
Its never impossible to change yourself.. The negative programming and thoughts you've had affected your physciology, and are the cause of your depression. Next time just let those thoughts pass by without giving any attention to them. The emotion will quickly dissappear. It isn't impossible to clear your sadness, it will just take some positive reinforcment for all the negative critisicsm that you have reinforced in your mind.
Those thoughts embedded in you subconscious have reinforced the way you feel about yourself and they won't change overnight. You must make a commitment to change the way you see yourself, and you thinking if this is to work.

Yeah. You can't just press a button and turn off sad. Think about whats wrong and if you can't change it, try to leave it alone. Try to do something you find enjoyable. Maybe hang with friends if possible, or watch something good on tv or read a book. Do you best not to dwell on what is making you sad. Dwelling on it won't help.
Sometimes we have to experience sadness in life. Thats just the way life is. But think about it. We need sadness if we ever want to experience joy and happiness. Without painful emotions we'd never understand happy emotions. Just keep living. It will get better. Take a few deap breaths and try to focus just on what your doing now and instead of your sadness. Pray if that helps. Go to Church more often. God can replace sadness with joy.

Its never too late to start over my friend. One look yourself in the mirror and just state you are going to start over and be a new person

sleep
write (in a journal or something)
take a walk
listen to music
take a warm shower
those always help me...
What makes you sad? try to get rid of these things and replace them with things you like doing, this will distract your brian and you'll be happier.I think
