What do you do to clear your mind when really stressed out?

Good music, deep meditation and positive friends or family members.


One of these 3 usually works best to ease out the stress.





Once, I even took a 100-mile road trip just to beat some pent-up stress. It did a lot for my confidence and I came back to work refreshed and more clear-headed.





These days, I prefer to attend meditation classes and surround myself with good people %26amp; smart pets.What do you do to clear your mind when really stressed out?
OOOOH..YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS!!





1.Run a warm bubble bath:


-Dim the lights and provide a cozy atmosphere.





2.Put the scented candles in the bathroom:


-Light them and allow the smell to fragrance the room.


-Take deep breathe as in inhale and exhale.





3. Get into the tub and soak for at least 15 to 20 mins.


Allow yourself to breathe and let your mind drift to a wonderful calming place. When you are ready you can depart from the tub and put on your most relaxing night wear.

It's hard to clear your mind when your really stressed out, I try to figure out why I'm so stressed about whatever is bothering me and then try to fix it. I try to do alot of self help on situations like this.
write lists of all the things you must remember to do. Clear your mind and use pen and paper
Listen to music, food, get on my lappy!!..
Get on my Harley and ride.
Go for a walk
jogging helps
Go for a long walk.
Sleep.
I answer questions on Y!A. Really helps.
