you should try ';sguare breathing';-it works great for me and for everyone I know who uses it. start out by breathing in a deep breath for about 4 second, then hold that breath for another 4 seconds, then release the breath for 4 seconds, and hold for 4 second. then repeat. it works great to relax you, and you can do it for as long as you want. if you concentrate intensely on the sound of your own breathing it works even better.Whatr are some quick relaxation techniques that can be used during the day to clear your mind?
