I have compulsive thoughts which unwantingly run through my mind all day,how do I get them to stop?Clear mind?

I want to have my mind blank or relaxed throughout the whole day. Just disturbing images or things I've heard or see run through my head, and it's bothering me. Please dont say go see a doctor or go take pills. Answer my question simply.I have compulsive thoughts which unwantingly run through my mind all day,how do I get them to stop?Clear mind?
Dont watch too many movies or read too much news or religious stuff. Learn to accept,love and respect other humans.


Practice deep breathing and meditation, pranayama may help.


Apply lots of coconut oil on head during night get a good head massage , put a few drops in ear.


Avoid meat and spicy stuff.I have compulsive thoughts which unwantingly run through my mind all day,how do I get them to stop?Clear mind?
Firstly,believe that what happened ought to happen(it has already been written to happen.) %26amp; it has happened.Then,secondly,engage in something that's fun,like playing with someone or game that is fun,don't ever stay alone, rather, stay in association of people that are doing something good %26amp; interesting..I assure you,you 'll forget that which is bothering your mind %26amp; you'll replace it with Joy.

hmnn , u know tat at no time someone can keep they mind blank. As for disturbing image , u said these r things u see or hear , hear wat instead of thinking abt these stuff y dont u occupied ur mind with other stuff ; stuff u like to do like listening to some searious rock music blast ur mind away or biking etc stuff tat u like to do ok.another thing also is u could u should learn to accept certain things n not fear becoz it dwells more on ur mind wen u fear it. hope this help.
