listen to very loud, emotional music or exercise. run until you can't run any more, then run some more. or do pushups and situps until you collapse.

Works for me.How to clear your mind about something?
Try praying
I believe that ';cluckinc '; has the right ans. u need to get it out of chest and let it go.
find ur happy place i no lol sounds stupid but if u can rember sumthing a good time then put ur self there in ur mind and let the day float away
distract yourself
The best thing is to talk about it dont bottle it up its the worst thing you can do

Get an understanding ear and go through each part of it what you saw and felt.

Yes it may hhurt and upset you and the listener - but its the best way to put it to bed
think of something happy

turn on the TV and watch something really funny!

do something that's REALLY hard. or something that will require you're full attention to do it. Play a hardcore game or watch a kick A** action movie, that always tends to work for me. orr talk to a friend about something...they can usually take your mind off things....

hope this helps =]
try takin a nap, or listenin to music, or watching some funny vids on youtube [darkfairy224 has funny ones]
listen to music.
Like one person said, telling at least one person might help to get it out of your head. If you don't want to tell someone you know you could call a crisis line and tell them anonymously. You don't have to be suicidal to call them.

I find that doing something which requires my whole attention helps a great deal. This could be just about anything if you really concentrate on it. Lifting weights or doing Karate while concentrating on doing it with perfect form, for example, or, hey, even calculus if that's something that fully occupies your mind. What about singing something from memory?

Pick something you like and concentrate on it fully.
Relaxing music, deep breathing - breath in to count of 4, hold to count of 7 and exhale to count of 8. A movie that will

bring about differant emotions, a warm bath or shower. Hope

something helps.
