I need to let go during sex.





Does repeating a mantra over and over like 'this is how to clear your mind' work?How do you clear your mind?
I focus on deep breathingHow do you clear your mind?
'I have a clear mind' would work!





Though the above might would work, it might feel bland once you're good at it - you could make it more exciting, like ';My mind is overflowing with erotic thoughts';!





Or replace it with the most sexiest nawty expression you can come up with!
