One of the easiest way to meditate to find yourself a comfortable position sitting on a chair
close your eyes and the
becoming aware of your breathing
as you focus on your breathing
let it become shallower just breathing easily and effortless when you notice your mind wondering then gently come back to your breathing and continue for about 15 minutes.
get in a comfortable position (sitting)make sure you are alone. no noise as they are all distractions clear your head of all thoughts.think of nothing.this takes practice.do it often for and for few minutes at first and increase your time gradually. another method is to think of relaxing your toes,your ankles,your calves,and on up your body untill everything is relaxed.that's all i know if you do this a few times a week for a month or two you will get the hang of it.its good for your body,your mind relationships,everything.later on after you've got it choose a difficulty in your life and concentrate on that one thing.ask yourself to think of possible answers to your problems.it takes time and concentration, a bit of dedication but you can do it.
